Questrade gives those who want to, an opportunity to challenge your critical thinking while collaborating as a stakeholder to improve our services and products offered to our clients. Great environment to grow your competencies. It's really rewarding to see changes across the enterprise that you have contributed towards. Really great team and collaborative workplace with a strong emphasis on employee well-being. We have potlucks all the time and get to experience the food of my colleagues' cultures. Questrade is great at helping those who are looking for career growth are given an opportunity to see what roles are available within the firm. From Marketing to Sales, to Technology to Operations. There is a department for everyone.

Cons

I think because of how great Questrade is at developing its people, a lot of my colleagues and friends I came up the ranks with have been offered roles at other firms because of their expertise.
