- An employee first culture - Makes work fun with events, games, award ceremonies and giveaways - Feel well supported by management - Flexible working arrangements like remote, hybrid, in office etc.

Cons

- Internal tech support takes quite a while to respond to issues, can take a while even if you have a critical problem preventing you for working
