Cons

base salary could be higher. Weekly meetings.

Very encouraging organization and positive environment. I felt very welcomed and inspired to learn and step up each day as the company values continuous growth and improvement. Accomplishments are acknowledged! Feedback is highly appreciated so it is a great company for people who are open to grow, appreciates positive criticism, real to themselves and open to change. Most roles have work from home set up so you can work across Canada.
