Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate your insight and agree that our thriving entrepreneurial spirit starts from the top – something that we’re very proud of. We do regret, however, that we were not successful in communicating the range of development and growth opportunities available to you at Questrade. In the last year, we’ve had several employees within Questrade Technology Group move laterally and vertically, the result of creating several new leadership roles across the department. We’ve also had numerous employees who began their careers in client services and are now in various departments such as trading, risk, compliance, marketing, and technology. We do acknowledge, however, that we’re far from perfect and sincerely appreciate your feedback in helping us to make Questrade the best place to work.
