AI Adoption & Growth: One of the best parts of being at QT right now is how "AI-open" the culture is. We aren't just allowed to use AI; we are actively encouraged to experiment with it. This access has been a massive catalyst for my own personal growth and technical knowledge. Dynamic Atmosphere: There truly is never a dull day. The pace is fast, and the energy is high because everyone is passionate about what they do.

      Cons

      The industry has become much more crowded recently with new fintech and traditional bank competitors. Because of this, the environment can get quite hectic. You really have to bring your "A-game" every single day to stay ahead of the curve. It’s a high-performance culture, so if you aren't ready for a fast-moving, competitive pace, it might feel a bit intense at times.
