Pros
Being part of a dynamic and fast-growing fintech company means there is always something new and exciting happening. Also, I find the work we do is very collaborative, (cross departmental collaboration is the norm) and there's a real sense of community. It's rewarding to directly impact employee happiness and company culture. Management is generally supportive and open to new ideas for improving the workplace experience.
Cons
Because the company is growing so fast, the day-to-day can sometimes feel a bit chaotic, and it can be challenging to balance multiple competing priorities.
