Pros

People (excluding leadership) are generally kind and collaborative.

Cons

Massive layoffs, RTO mandate that completely disregards employees’ well-being and autonomy. This is quickly becoming an environment where no one is heard or respected. The only voices that matter are the ones at the top, who claim to care about employees while their decisions show the very opposite. Dysfunctional harmony is the new status quo.
