Coworkers are smart and helpful. Interesting industry and good learning opportunities.

Cons

This is mainly within the PMO but forget promotions/career growth if you are non-white and non-male. So many talented PMs have left within the past 1-2 years and more will leave because of the abysmal toxic culture of this department, the stress of being overworked and underpaid.
