      Pros

      Great team. Everybody has a desire to learn from each other. Can ask questions freely, and make suggestions - open to new ideas. Good internal growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Low pay. New hires will get paid more than current employees. Lots of bureaucracy - it will take months and months for upper management to get any of their new "innovative" initiatives going. Nothing happens in a timely manner.
