- Stable employment - You can get into a good team where professional freedom is highly encouraged - My team/management is great and there are initiatives according to our feedback to work on the Kontras

Cons

- Meeting and middle management culture can be present - Outsourcing / Consultants are preferred instead of hiring and fairly compensating employees long term - Low salary expectations, limited space in growth regarding compensation - Your experience can change on a wide spectrum depending which department/team you get into

Pros

- great and smart people - "chill" and relatively "pressureless" work environment - good for work life balance (not so good for getting s*it done!) - really nice and new offices - almost agile workplace - they often (not always) ask the "Why" question!

Cons

- no fruits, while REWE's biggest vertical is grocery retail -_-! - slow corporate environment around which slows down this young and spin-off style "department" of the REWE International IT - hard to work with data from the outside - lots of technical constraints when thinking of persisting data - no real end user products since they develop things for their entities such as BILLA and their customers often define the "what" and "how"
