      -no bonus has been payed on 2026, super red flag - no career progression, they do not have development plans neither career succession plans - jobs are not properly defined because the company does not know where to go - the CEO: please take leadership courses, cero encouraging, motivational, nothing I have heard from me resonates, just work because the company is doing bad
