      Salary according to the Austrian industrial system, possibility to work from home for a long time.

      Cons

      lack of professionalism, know-how, secrecy of information (individualism due to the desire to keep the position), unclear decision-making. It doesn't matter how good you are or how senior you are, you can be sacrificed to increase the company's profits.
