      Pros

      I had a really good team. I got to learn things. They tend to hire people with lesser experience which is both pro and cons. Some of the people in management (assistant management and area manager) were really great and amazing at training.

      Cons

      The manager was extremely unprofessional. We were under staff so we had to work under too much pressure. As everyone quits, almost all the staff was new so when the shop became busy, it was extremely hard to keep up. Manager wouldn't take any request of day off. Poor work/ life balance.

      - You are part of the LVMH group

      Cons

      - Horrible culture, management and HR does not seem to care about it's people - Managers are not supportive - Very few opportunities to advance your career within the brand - Not a lot of benefits (especially compared to other LVMH brands) - You are pressured to stay in the office later than needed just to show you are present
