      great people you work with in production, and on daily basis minus the management

      Pros

      it used to be a family oriented environment and granted we knew that would change as it grew but values were lost and people were treated worse and worse awesome Christmas party

      employees are dispensable, no matter how long you've been there. From the beginning or for a few years you can go at any time. poor upper management, multiple people who get a little power and unfortunately suffer from major power trips, which results in bad management. low pay

      RIMOWA was a nice place to gain some great experience and knowledge into the art of manufacturing high end suitcases.

      Cons

      Whiles working at RIMOWA I have experienced some occasions where employees were treated unfairly in some instances you may find the workload heavier on one person compared to another co-worker.
