      Clean facility with decent pay and benefits. Lunches and Holiday Party.

      Cons

      Fast-paced environment and you are treated like a robot. You are not allowed to leave the production floor for any reason and lead hands are rude. There is constant stress placed on employees to meet unreasonable quotas.
