      Management is a JOKE. But you can't say anything negative about her or she might end up suing you like she has every other place the manager worked for.

      Pros

      Working in a fast-paced mid-sized company under the umbrella of the biggest luxury group in the world. Constantly being in touch with colleagues from all over the world and from all levels. Quick communication paths and a lot of possibility to make a difference and to implament things. The team spirit is overall very good and you get to work with many fun and inspiring people. If you want to grow, the company and the group offer a lot of opportunity to do so.

      Cons

      Only come to RIMOWA if you are hands on and a team player, if you like to create solutions and if you are ready to sometimes push for your ideas. It is not the right environment, if you are mainly driven by money or status or if you are used to work with an assistant who is doing everything for you. We move quickly, so people must enjoy to be adaptable to change.
