      Great working condition, very flexible hours,competitive salary and employee benefits.

      Cons

      Uncertainty and insecurity. Unclear company strategy. Lots of people leaving the company so long-term perspectives are pretty dim.

      Good benefits, competitive pay and smart people to work with. Move at a very fast pace and technology wise, some interesting stuff in the near future.

      Cons

      Lot of change in management and some decisions are outrageous. Also this is primarily a east coast company so do not always work well people in California.
