Pros
They have a nice campus, and an excellent cafeteria. The pay is average, and the commission structure isn't bad, when they don't screw it up.
Cons
Sales-driven, refurbished technology company might best describe RSA. The organization is constantly in a state of flux, went through a couple of re-orgs in the short time I was there. Training is a joke; you could get better training on their products as a customer than we did as employees. And if you don't work there for two years they try to charge you $6,000.00 for it. Almost none of my peers that I went through training with are still employed there.
