      Pros

      RSA cares deeply about its mission and is pulling out all the stops to improve its portfolio and services. The company dedicates many resources to provide thorough training and resources to its employees and promotes a healthy environment for career growth. The benefits are incredible as is the work/life balance. The executive leadership team is very transparent and focused on the overall success of the business. The company is also very dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience.

      Cons

      There have been some growing pains with the Dell / EMC merger, changes in executive leadership, and restructuring of the product portfolios. However, the changes were in the best interest of the company and will ultimately result in improvements and optimization.
