      Pros

      Nice facility and campus. On-site cafeteria. Flexible work hours. Ability to learn new technologies that helps you to add to your resume, which you will need to do because you'll eventually get laid off.

      Cons

      Parent company EMC is in constant layoff mode. Non-publicized layoffs happen regularly, creating "fear of job loss" syndrome. Very-cliquey work environment, if you don't belong to a clique you are ostracized and then laid off.

      Pros

      Good Benefits, flexibility to work from home when needed, access to EMC university, senior management is approachable. Opportunity to move around in EMC/RSA

      Cons

      Very Sales driven; boss is the key, make sure that you have great relation with him or her. I did not find it very collaborative.
