      Pros

      Industry leader, Great products, technology and quality. Some great people working on them, with Incredible depth of knowledge. Excellent industry exposure.

      Cons

      Out of touch senior management, rotating through, problems making acquired technologies work. Sudden layoff purges when plugs are pulled or shifted to Indian office. EMC bureaucracy is slowly ossifiying processes while trying to "fix" things. Never considered for promotion.

      Pros

      Stable working environment for most of the teams. High job security due to complex buggy products. Large customer base.

      Cons

      Employees who live in their comfort zone got stuck there. Products are released with poor quality. QA is almost absent. There are no growth opportunities for employees.
