Pros
It is almost impossible to get fired. There are a handful of geniuses there, and you might be lucky enough to work with one or two. You can pad your resume, for now, or until the market sees this once great company for what it really is.
Cons
All those people that should be fired, aren't. The people running the show have no intention of building anything. They're just going to buy stuff and brand it as RSA.
