      Pros

      Knowledge of security principles is profound. Really smart technologists work here and are motivated to stay because RSA is THE name in information security.

      Cons

      Aging product portfolio. Rapid growth has caused process inefficiencies and impacts productivity/revenue potential. Resource constraints - you can only do more with less for so long before your staff starts to burn out.

      Pros

      Not as political as many organisation, generally nice folks just doing their jobs. Low context working environment.

      Cons

      Unless you are in sales, very limited opportunities and benefits. Bonus is given out quarterly and there is a strong focus to meet the quarter numbers. What is apparant is the lack of longer term planning or foresight. No communication on career path due to limited opportunities within this small organisation.
