      stable company, very reasonable pay, great environment. easy communter location. leader in the security product. not much pressure and take easy life.

      but lack good management team and other vision for the product future. product quality need more improvement to catch more customer

      Great reliable 2FA security products

      Cons

      Tried not to compensate fairly for 2FA sales. Comp plan was focused on tired product lines that were hard to see since the company would not invest to keep them up with competitive function / features.

      The people are great to be honest. There is a lot of agreement among non-director level personnel and people like to support one another.

      Cons

      Management... do not always understand where the winds are blowing and make the wrong strategic decisions - a shame because the potential is huge but it disappears due to politics.
