Leadership is Over burden, hanging on to there job to hold title, will not find the same if they step out. Product has a great Legacy, lack of vision, innovation and terrible execution is making dig there own grave. Layoff every cycle is only causing

My team was amazing, very smart people and good collaboration. Remote work, mobile stipend.

Cons

From the moment onboarding started, I regretted my decision to join. Nearly every team was a mess, major processes don’t exist, and leadership places the massive problems on the shoulders of teams I’ll-equipped to solve them. Very disjointed executive team with no clear direction or guiding principles to help the company move in a linear and progressive way. Everything is a fire drill to resolve or an urgent cost cutting measure. Good people are leaving constantly and taking years knowledge with them. When I left, I was met with anger and bitterness from several people in leadership, which was disappointing. I’ve never been treated so poorly when exiting a company.
