      There are opportunities for women in growth and development and many in leadership positions. They try to be communicative with what is going on in the company (like with the recent acquisition). Flexible when it comes to work-life balance.

      Cons

      Still have to see what happens post-Dell acquisition.

      People for most part are great. Compensation was good. Work life balance good depending on the group you worked in.

      Cons

      Company didn't have the same feel after previous CEO Left. Hard to break into management. Clique mentality in some areas.
