      - Good work life balance - Most Technical people are enthusiastic and great to work with - I work for a product which is always adopting latest technologies - Decent compensation

      - Management can do better - Decent compensation - Benefits drastically came down after Dell merger

      Few senior people are in settle down state, so generating new ideas is always a challenge. but as i say, the number is very very few.
