Pros
The company culture in our specific office is great. I love all the people I work with which makes your work life much more enjoyable. I feel compensated semi fairly, and the benefits are great for my wife and I.
Cons
Work schedule gets really busy for the first 5 months of the year but that is the same as all public accounting firms. Sometimes it feels like the management of the overall company does not have the employees in mind when making decisions.
