Pros
Good benefits, 3 weeks vacation at start, excellent educational program to get college degrees (but don't forget that's "taxable" income), usual package of health benefits that keep declining in quality year after year. Small sign on bonus.
Cons
Low wages for shop workers considering complexity of work, niggardly annual raises (like 2%), because of numerous mergers & acquisitions great turmoil in company direction, managers & management look out for themselves, not employees on lower rung. Particularly complicated internal systems due, again, to mergers. Top down decision making...period.
