Pros
A good company culture, little to no risk of layoffs, great education assistance ($25,000 a year).
Cons
Extremely difficult to get pay increases above 3% annually, so really negotiate when you get your initial offer. Most jobs require a clearance, which can be personally limited. Majority of workforce is older, so entering a leadership role below 40 years old is rare. PTO is limited.
