Pros
If you work for a fed contract your mileage may vary but I was lucky enough to work remote from the start of the pandemic even with a clearance. Basically they just did what the government customer wanted them to do.
Cons
No employee stock purchase , low 401k matching ~3%. Health benefits recently changed and previous plan allowed for higher premium but covered 90% now it's 80%.
