      Pros

      I really feel lucky to be working at this place. The atmosphere is great, the management works with the employees, and the company makes and creates cool designs

      Cons

      I wish they had more facilities near me. Now with the merger with united technologies, we have a "wait and see" attitude. I don't know how this will affect the people in the trenches.
