Good benefits, great opportunity to network, large company so plenty of career growth opportunities.
Cons
Hard to move once you do a good job in your current role, promotions depend on how much to make to get to the next level not on your competency or work ethic, new ideas are taken well by higher levels of management who like their "old school" methods, getting a degree does not help you get promoted so it is not highly recognized.
