Pros

Gives you good exposure by working with a wide array of functions within the company.

Cons

This role doesn't have a clear direction. Every program EIA has a completely different experience. For the most part you are a data administer for test failures.

Pros

The salary seems fair. But just fair, not necessarily competitive. My particular job lets me just do my work and not have to interact much with the sterile, soulless corporate side of things.

Cons

The ways they "take care" of their employees are a bit of a joke. I work around Lockheed Martin employees who see a yearly bonus based on performance. Raytheon doesn't give us yearly bonuses, instead they buy us lunch every 3 months or so, or drop off a box of snacks. I'd rather have a bonus, even if it does get taxed to oblivion.
