Pros
Great flexible schedule, Laid back environment, casual dress code, and opportunities to work with a lot of brilliant people. Bonuses are moderate.
Cons
It's a very cut throat environment. There a lot of workers who wouldn't think twice to throw you under the bus, just cover themselves , especially a lot of the older engineers. There's a lot of uncertainty because of budget cuts. One day you're working at the office, another day you might get laid off without a warning.
