      Pros

      Lots of resources to help you succeed. Benefits are as good as they can get. If your lucky, there are lots of great people to work with who actually care about your success.

      Cons

      Very complicated processes, and difficult to take full advantage of their resources for career development. Some people will try to set you up for failure.

      Vital interesting work good benefits

      Cons

      Due to economy stay away! People at a 12,000+ division are being quietly laid off especially long term employees in groups of 20-49 per week to avoid State laws on lay-offs. I personally can give you names of over 45 employees with over 10 years that are being walked. Good luck and best wishes.

      Management is back stabbing. Dog eat dog. Let me pick and choose names to lay people off...as long as it's not one of the buddy boys.
