      Pros

      Great benefits, truly care about acting with integrity, ongoing diversity efforts and smart people working there, encouraged to develop professionally and lots of resources available to grow in career.

      Cons

      Lots of bureaucracy can sometimes get in the way. Lots of pressure to meet financial goals, although that is to be expected to some degree. Still need more diversity hut believe they are working on it.

      Employee Scholar Program funds further education and they will contribute to your 401K while you’re paying off your student loans.
