Pros

Great Pay work life balance. Extensive depth and breadth of experience. Great learning experience and the smartest people I've ever known.

Cons

Constant updates of Cyber Security. The ever persistent threat to the networks and cyber security. Constant interpretation of JSIG and DAAPM compliance re-interpretation to achieve compliance can be taxing. But that is the job.

Pros

They really stress taking good care of your health and safety. Good educational benefits. Colleagues are talented.

Cons

Though they put employees through training to create an inclusive and respectful environment, strong bully-type men often find their way to power to the detriment of others and the company as a whole. There are good managers to be sure, but despite the effort of the ethics department, there are still a fair number of bad seeds who are good at winning contracts while treating those around them like second-class citizens.
