The program level teams are great. Everyone is easy to get along with and does a great job.

Cons

Executives act like every other corporate execs. They value near term profit over the people doing the work. They take advantage of people thru limited raises and empty promises.

Great Pay work life balance. Extensive depth and breadth of experience. Great learning experience and the smartest people I've ever known.

Cons

Constant updates of Cyber Security. The ever persistent threat to the networks and cyber security. Constant interpretation of JSIG and DAAPM compliance re-interpretation to achieve compliance can be taxing. But that is the job.
