1) Each year Raytheon deposits 1500 dollars in HSA account. 2) Salary is competative , you just need to negotiate when accepting the offeror you are stuck with the offer for a long ime. 3) Managers are good and attentive

Cons

1 ) Benefits went down recently, healthcare insurance monthly premium is now based on your base salary. If you are making 100K-150K, expect around 432 dollars monthly premimum for family plan. 2) Raytheon used to match 4 % 401K now it matches 3 %
