      Pros

      Tons of opportunities to do new things once you've been in your current position a year. 9/80 schedule.

      Cons

      PTO, benefits, communication, red tape, training isn't great - lot of info is legacy knowledge and hard to obtain.

      - Co-workers have been great - management is better than most - great culture - very flexible schedule, especially for families - two week holiday shutdown is awesome - workload is just right - compensation

      Cons

      - cross-functional communication is poor - siloed focus by group - requiring a degree, even if you have the capabilities, for certain positions is silly
