      Pros

      Was once a great place to work delivering top of the line S and L-Band radar products.

      Cons

      Company has declined and is all but shutdown. It is sad to see the one proud Waterloo manufacturing facility closed.

      Interesting projects to work on. Friendly and smart coworkers. Feels like a family at work. Good benefits and a great company discount system.

      Cons

      Can be slow due to the nature of Defense Contracting. Jobs not always stable, since government policies are changing (especially with regard to national debt issue)
