The interview was super easy, the expectations and reality didn’t match. No matter how many (several) internal and external certifications I got, I was the only woman under 35 in a majority of white mature male population, and felt excluded many times. I was the only female, the only under 35, and the only one with an accent in that entire group! After a few misconduct events against me that I tried solving myself and with managers help, end up going to HR for help BUT they were not effective to stop the abuse of that individual. They’d look the other way, if you have political connections and mistreat so many others. Cross your fingers you’re allowed in the club and know how to run male dominated corporate system. Wish there was more focus on ethics and diversity. Heard from others it their group was good to work in. Hence +1 star. So glad I moved on, and so lucky to now work for a corporate that fits my needs more.

Very Interesting and worthwhile work. Committed staff and good Teamwork Invest heavily in Graduates and Apprentices Everyone strives to deliver for their customers. The Leadership Team communicate their strategy very well. Lots of opportunities to develop. Allows staff to engage with STEM activities in the local community.
