Diversity of the office. Support staff of various programs very helpful. Many different talents and skills to become exposed too.

Cons

Favoritism displayed by some manager. Inconsistent communications at many levels. Appearance of potential retaliation when workers bring concerns to management. Program management uses accountability review activities to suppress employees that are not seen as blindly following their preferences no matter what the potential impact to the company
