Very Interesting and worthwhile work. Committed staff and good Teamwork Invest heavily in Graduates and Apprentices Everyone strives to deliver for their customers. The Leadership Team communicate their strategy very well. Lots of opportunities to develop. Allows staff to engage with STEM activities in the local community.

Cons

The UK is a subsidiary to a giant American defense company and the procedures and Processes can be cumbersome.
