-Lack of Culture and Social Events for employees.
-Antiquated office space in Tewksbury Sudbury building. They need to brighten it up and actually spend money on these spaces. I felt like I was going back in time to the 1980s in these spaces.
-Often times process/documentation hinders innovation.
-There is no charge number for trainings so you have to do these trainings on your own time (aside from the 9 hr work day)
-No clear path to a promotion is depicted during performance reviews. Often times it takes 3-7 years for promotion to occur regardless of performance.
-Small cost of living increases. Often times the cost of living increase is 2% (Please Note: Health Insurance cost goes up at the same rate so your left just breaking even).
- Small bonus. During my stay the max percentage I got was 3% which is equivalent to 1 paycheck.
