Pros

If you are not very technically sound but like to punch numbers into a spreadsheet and create mind numbing processes, then you could be a part of senior management

Cons

Raytheon goes through upper managers so fast, it's hard to know what direction the company is going. I can't remember the last time Raytheon won a significant contract at the Aurora site. It almost appears as if they are willing to let this branch go which makes no sense to the employees that have worked their for years.

Pros

Good Pay, Smart Technical Staff, facilities

Cons

Who you know matters. Management is dishonest. Company Motto "Respect" is not practiced. Stock holders before employees.

This company promotes time card fraud and hostile work environments.

Pros

Other than some decent pay for entry-level positions, I can't think of any pros about working for this company.

Cons

Time card fraud occurs on a daily basis. Instead of seeing how much money this company can save the government customer in dollars, they see how much they can spend, spend, spend! As a result, the employees are affected by being forced to work unnecessary overtime. Some employees were instructed by their leads to do 25 hours of overtime a week despite the lack of work to support such overtime. Some employees watch Youtube to pass the time, yet their supervisors hand them government contract charge numbers like candy. All of this lowers employee morale, because really, people want a personal life. With low employee morale, there is a high attrition rate as well. Therefore, more overtime to spend the government's money forced on only a handful of people! Needless to say, things get a bit hostile, increasing stress. But this company is too afraid to dispose of hostile workers. Their policies open them to lawsuits.
