The leaders get the golden parachutes while the employees get the layoff notices... 5,000-10,000 of them in 2013 with Wall Street cheering on the current CEO who is also about to retire and wants to preserve the value of his stock options.

Management is terrible. They don't communicate with each other. They also record your conversations without your consent sometimes so be careful of what you say. Don't trust HR. It exists to cover upper management's butts when they make mistakes. Don't fall for their "niceness". The most unethical management I've encountered in my career. Management expects you to work overtime without getting paid. They will be all nice to you when they invite you for an interview but you will see their real faces when you actually work for them.
