Highly political environment, top heavy management structure means little chance for advancement. Job descriptions provided during hiring process are grossly exaggerated in terms of responsibility and challenge offered. I was lied to about crucial career decisions and opportunities several times during my time at RTSC Indy. Leadership there will tell you anything to get you on board, but once you are there it is a different story - must be the bait and switch capital of the corporation. I kept expecting to bump into The Smoking Man at any moment and have him remind me to "trust no one..."

The UTC "merger of equals" was anything but. UTC is destroying a reputable and trusted brand. - Workplace can feel toxic and stifling due to DEI quotas and potential retribution for speaking honestly.
