      Pros

      International assignments are the only way to make decent money.

      Cons

      The bottom line is more important than employees after the merger with United Technologies. The benefits are being outsourced to a company under federal investigation! Might be better off denying the company benefits!

      *The engineers and technicians are really great people *Work has the possibility of being interesting

      Cons

      *Middle and upper level management doesn't care about technology development *Under staffed and over worked *Management communications are the worst I've ever seen at any place I've worked *No/limited career path *Very process heavy which means engineers spend most of their time doing paperwork *in 2020 they laid of hundreds of employees and the place is now a shell of what it used to be

      Pros

      The Tucson location for Raytheon has an affordable real estate market and driving around the town is easy on Sundays.

      Cons

      The narcissists in the company will get promoted after they demean you, ignore your ideas, and take credit for your work. When you complain you will be treated like you are the problem and eventually, you will leave and get another job after you get over it. The company is handpicking and hiring people to represent the diverse workforce instead of using highlighting the diversity that they already have.
